Newxel is expanding its recruitment capabilities and creating a specialized New Business Recruitment Department. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to head this department and drive the company’s goals. Relevant experience with pre-sale activities in outsourcing or consulting is essential for this role.
As the Head of New Business Recruitment, you will play a key role in onboarding new clients and developing efficient talent acquisition processes. You’ll build and lead a high-performing team focused exclusively on delivering exceptional recruitment solutions for our new clients.
Responsibilities
Strategic leadership:
- Develop and implement the vision, strategy, and goals for the New Business Recruitment Department
- Act as a recruitment expert in collaboration with the sales team during calls and meetings with prospective clients
Client engagement:
- Partner closely with new clients to understand their business needs, talent requirements, and expectations
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies and present expert-driven solutions to clients
Team management:
- Lead a dedicated team consisting of multiple recruiters and integrated sourcers from the company’s infrastructure, ensuring the team has the capacity to handle increasing client demands and scale effectively
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure team members deliver high-quality results
Operational efficiency:
- Oversee the rapid and effective closure of initial vacancies for new clients, setting the foundation for long-term collaboration
- Build and maintain a database of pre-screened, ready-to-process talent to ensure quick turnarounds
- Monitor and continuously improve recruitment workflows and processes to maximize efficiency
Performance metrics:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and conversion rates from potential to active clients, and develop detailed reports and dashboards to monitor performance effectively
- Provide regular updates and reports on the department’s performance to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on client onboarding and talent acquisition
- Demonstrated success in managing recruitment projects and delivering results under tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders, including excellent negotiation skills due to frequent client interactions
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating small, agile teams
- Proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to find quick and effective solutions to complex challenges while aligning recruitment efforts with broader business goals The ideal candidate should also have an open mindset for growth and scalability, adapting to new client demands and opportunities
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies, with proven expertise in technical recruitment, including knowledge of technologies and market trends in Ukraine, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Europe
- Fluent or Native-level English proficiency
