We are seeking an Engineering Tech Lead to join our partner’s dynamic RnD team at the new office in Warsaw. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop new infrastructure-related features and directly influence the future of our product, from UI to database. You will play a crucial role in the technical leadership of the R&D domain, impacting the architecture and craftsmanship of products.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong technical skills with a passion for developing products that people love and use every day
- Prior experience in technical leadership roles such as Architect or Tech Lead
- Proven experience in full-stack development, especially in building large-scale web products
- In-depth understanding of product development with a passion for creating software that offers an excellent user experience
- Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team
- A commitment to quality and simplicity in software development
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership within the R&D domain, significantly influencing the architecture and engineering practices of our products.
- Develop and evolve our architecture to support the growing scale of users, features, and data.
- Lead and mentor a small team of experienced developers in a CI/CD environment, working with cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
