We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer who’s ready to shape the infrastructure of a fast-growing Israeli FinTech startup. You’ll work alongside top-tier engineers to create scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that empower real-time financial innovation. Flexibility to align with Israel’s workweek (Sunday to Friday) is a key part of the role.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, ALB/NLB, Cloud Firewalls
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Artifactory
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
- Strong Linux system administration background
- Proficiency in scripting (Python and Bash preferred)
- Familiar with monitoring and log processing tools (Prometheus, ELK, Splunk)
- Team player with strong communication and documentation skills
- Fluent English
Will be a plus
- Experience with OpenShift or additional Unix-based systems (RHEL, CentOS)
- Experience working with institutional clients or tech companies
- Background in documenting cloud infrastructure and architecture
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and enterprise-grade DevOps architecture
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform
- Work with Kubernetes, Helm, and serverless technologies to support scalable deployments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes
- Support and improve system observability, monitoring, and logging (Prometheus, ELK/Splunk, etc.)
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to align infrastructure with evolving product needs
- Document infrastructure components and architecture
- Participate in a workweek aligned with Israeli business days (Sunday through Friday)

We are looking for developers to join an ambitious Israel FinTech project that uses AI, Big Data, and Crowdsourcing Technologies. They provide Financial Fee assistance and Financial OpenBanking product for B2B and B2C markets.
The team develops Consumer Software with Open-Data infrastructure and microservice architecture that helps to cost mitigation, navigating personal finance, and managing banking fees and services. Backed by investors, the company raised $120,000 from Techstars’ Barclays Accelerator.
