The Client & Talent Partnership (CTP) Manager role is aimed at maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met, and any challenges are overcome.

The Client Partnership Manager is a trusted guide of all information to/from clients to satisfy them with Newxel’s services, making sure the client uses current services and investigates and follows up on new ones. Simultaneously, CTP Manager is focused on talents to satisfy them with Newxel’s services, making sure the talents use current services and have the latest updates about the new ones.

The CTP Manager may be involved in identifying new sales/recruitment opportunities. This role is also designed to help gain referral business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager/HR Business Partner or related field for 4+ years
  • English – upper intermediate +
  • Communication skills: must be able to identify the needs and convey information to all parties involved
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and Zoom communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Have a proactive nature and good organizational skills
  • Coaching skills to conduct 1:1 meetings and identify client and talents needs
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Be comfortable with change management and, more importantly, be able to ensure the adoption of processes, programs, and changes
  • Be a reliable team player

Will be a plus

  • Programs/tools: HRM/HRIS systems, familiarity with performance management software, BPM systems (Jira, etc.), and knowing CRM systems

Responsibilities

CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS DEVELOPMENT

  • Being the first contact point for clients on any matter
  • Constantly identifying clients’ needs for additional services, talent promotion and development, new open vacancies, evaluation and reports etc
  • Communicating the value of Newxel services on an ongoing basis to make the client fully aware and satisfied
  • Collecting feedback and preparing monthly reports/analytics
  • Do monthly reports to the clients on the team and provided services
  • Do internal reports and analytics on the working processes’ effectiveness
  • Analyze client data to improve customer experience
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve the current working flow
  • Conduct an interview with a client regularly using the unified script: are expectations justified, are there any gaps in communication
  • Receiving and forming clients’ feedback with clear requests
  • Process milestones for the clients and talents to work toward
  • Explore and identify the client’s business opportunity to expand cooperation by having monthly sync-ups with a client
  • Provide expertise on team/business scaling on request
  • Upscale of additional services (branding, R&D centres etc)
  • Discuss and confirm with the client the talent development points: growth and professional development expectations on every talent, salary review conditions and reasoning, promotion conditions and reasoning
  • Agree with the client and/or team lead on an evaluation system for each talent (how to evaluate, what to evaluate etc.)
  • Agree to condition and reasoning for rotation
  • Confirm additional budgets for talent development (training, certifications etc)

TALENT MANAGEMENT

  • Being the first contact point for the talents on any matter
  • Managing HR-related processes (probation period, offboarding etc) and doing analytics on retention improvements
  • Keeping a high level of talent engagement, loyalty, satisfaction etc through regular communication and day-to-day work with talents and teams
  • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions using templates/unified scripts (expectations are justified, there are no gaps in communication etc) and fill in the summary to the system
  • Monitor on an ongoing basis the talent’s involvement, motivation, well-being and other metrics according to the company’s main HR metrics
  • Provide ongoing communication with talents on recent updates in Newxel services/policies, provide information/reminders
  • Communicate closely on the talent’s performance during the probation period (with talent and with the client) and work on improvements if necessary
  • Analyze and communicate the probation period results (what improvements have been made, have the talent passed the probation period, reasons if not etc)
  • After probation, regularly coordinating the process of evaluation and performance review in cooperation with all parties involved (talent, client, DM/lead, Talent Development, Client Partner etc)
  • Receive and form talent’s feedback with clear requests
  • Do reports, analyze them, write conclusions (feedback) and recommendations
  • Develop and conduct surveys on Newxel services evaluation and analyze answers to increase contentment with Newxel as a service provider
  • Work on individual talents requests
  • Coordinate offboarding process
  • Conduct exit interviews and do analytics on termination/resignation
  • Be highly involved in retention strategy to keep the talents with Newxel
  • Track time off and consult upon request
  • Participate in the development, implementation and review of Newxel policies and procedures for the Talents in line with business requirements

  • Being an ambassador of Newxel corporate culture for talents
  • Share the hybrid corporate culture client+Newxel with talents
  • Support in arranging the team buildings for the teams
  • Support in arranging the custom gifts for the talents/teams
  • Share corporate values through actions and report on its result (e.g. through corporate gifts, events, branding etc)
  • Arrange greetings occasionally
  • Conduct research on talents’ engagement in Newxel
  • Participate in developing the Newxel ambassador program
