Your Mission
As CFO, you’ll play a critical role in leading financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling sustainable business growth:
- Strategic financial management, participation in strategy development and financial policy formation
- Management and oversight of Finance, Accounting, and Legal departments (up to 10 team members)
- Ensuring efficient cross-departmental collaboration within the company
- Establishing and developing relationships with financial and operational executives of clients; occasional travel may be required
- Creating and implementing corporate standards for financial and legal processes
- Developing financial forecasts, budgeting, and financial models for new business directions
- Risk management, forecasting, and proactively mitigating potential threats
What You Bring
We’re looking for a bold, thoughtful leader with a proven track record of success in dynamic, growth-focused environments:
- 5+ years of experience as a CFO with responsibility over accounting and legal functions
- Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting, tax planning, and legal business support
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams (up to 10 people)
- Understanding of IT industry specifics
- Fluent English and strong negotiation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking, clarity, and systematic approach to work
