We are searching for a CAD Engineer to join a Heavy Duty team of a world-known automotive giant in Sweden!
Responsibilities
- Design components in CAD
- Create assemblies of CAD models, and detect, report, and resolve packaging conflicts
- Secure quality and readiness before the release
- Perform design in own technical area with some interface with other technical areas
Requirements
- +4 years of experience as a Design Engineer
- Good knowledge of CREO and KOLA
- Experience with alternative fuels is a merit
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, product design, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in using CAD software for 2D and 3D modeling, drafting, and design
- Ability to create complex technical drawings, models, and assemblies with precision and attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry standards, design best practices, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve design issues and technical challenges
