We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Blockchain Data Analyst to join a fast-scaling Web3 fintech company. If you’re passionate about crypto, data integrity, and financial systems, want to work on real-world challenges in the evolving world of digital assets — this role is for you. You’ll be at the core of analysing on-chain activity, improving reconciliation workflows, and supporting AI-powered accounting automation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze blockchain transactions and on-chain data to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Design and execute data integrity checks across blockchains, exchanges, and financial systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to streamline reconciliation and ensure compliance
- Provide structured insights and support AI workflows for data modelling and optimization
- Document solutions and processes with transparency and regulatory alignment
Requirements
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including transaction structures and consensus mechanisms
- Experience with on-chain tools (e.g., Etherscan, RPCs) and data extraction methods (APIs, CSVs)
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for scripting and data analysis
- Familiarity with accounting and reconciliation practices is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator able to explain technical findings to various stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Passion for data accuracy and financial transparency
- Adaptable to new tools and the evolving crypto ecosystem
Will be a plus
- 2+ years in blockchain analytics, fintech, or related fields
- Experience with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or working with crypto exchanges
