Our client is a global and innovative car manufacturer in Sweden that designs vehicles to provide safe, sustainable, and convenient mobility. The company is responsible for developing Urea dosing systems, Mufflers, and Advanced sensors. Now it is looking for a Team Assistant!
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules and communications for Zeekr Design Core-Team
- Prioritize emails, phone calls, meetings, and business events
- Arrange travel accommodations and visa applications
- Assist the Executive Office Coordinator
- Coordinate executive meetings and events
- Communicate internally and create presentation materials
- Conduct research and collect data for reports
- Facilitate cross-studio synergies
- Take meeting notes and make protocols/annotations
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese written and spoken
- “Gymnasie nivå” or equivalent education in social science, international studies, cultural studies, or public administration
- 2-3 years of experience in a multilingual business environment – Chinese & English
- Experience working with management teams and coordinating meetings
- Knowledge of Swedish is advantageous
- Strong people management and networking/social skills
- Experience in an automotive design organization is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A business Administration background is a plus
