Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, preferably Scrum.
- Proficiency in standard BA tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect
- Excellent German and English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to two times a week (one day to Zürich and one day to Aarau)
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the functional scope (Product Backlog) of the DIGO Application
- Lead weekly business workshops with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns
- Manage a group of stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed
- Prepare workshop presentations, identify problems, define actions, and provide suggestions for improvement
- Clarify and document detailed feature requirements for customers
- Collaborate with technical experts from both onshore and offshore teams to translate requirements into solution designs
- Utilize standard BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect for documentation and collaboration
- Provide IT support and expertise, assisting Tech Leads in migration workshops and communicating technical decisions to customers
- Define and discuss priorities of backlog items with Product Leads from the customer side
- Write JIRA user stories in English and verify test cases created by customers
- Support and mentor junior BA’s within the team
