As a Senior Automation QA Engineer you will have a critical role in designing and implementing QA automation infrastructure as well as establishing quality standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, exceptional programming skills, and prior experience in designing and deploying QA processes and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive QA procedure and infrastructure
- Collaborate with development and Data Science teams to define test requirements, scenarios, and test cases
- Write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks
- Automate functional, integration, and regression tests
- Analyse test results and communicate issues to the development team
- Identify areas for improvement in our testing process and recommend solutions
- Build and manage the necessary infrastructure to support our testing efforts, including test environments and tools
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing and QA process design
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Must have experience in writing test plans
- Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with Python testing frameworks; familiarity with at least one common framework (e.g., pytest, unittest, or Nose)
- Must have experience with Open API and working with APIs
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Experience with CI/CD automation
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Knowledge of data pipelines and healthcare data
