We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Analyst with a background in Accounting and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be a certified Accountant or possess relevant experience in accounting processes. While we are open to considering candidates without direct QA experience, a strong understanding of financial processes, coupled with an eagerness to learn and adapt to QA methodologies, is essential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure the quality of our AI/ML-powered, cloud-based accounting system
- Identify, document, and track issues effectively throughout the software development life cycle
- Perform testing activities related to accounting processes, ERP functionalities, and system integrations
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Provide feedback to the development team on system improvements and collaborate on continuous quality enhancement initiatives
- Work closely with Agile methodologies to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality software solutions
Requirements
- Certified Accountant or equivalent accounting experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously identify, document, and track issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the QA team
