Recruitment Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to lead our Talent Department and drive the recruitment strategy for our growing company. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s talent landscape, driving growth, and fostering a culture of excellence.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s values and growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Foster cross-departmental communication and collaboration by facilitating regular meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to discuss talent acquisition strategies, share best practices, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track KPi’s and optimize recruitment efforts
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience, which increases the prospects of acquisition and retention of talent for the business
  • Change management when implementing new approaches, strategies, tools, etc

  • Proven experience in recruitment (full cycle), preferably in IT service companies
  • Experience working in the Team Lead positions for 1+ years with an ambition to grow to the Head position
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Management skills (planning, coordination, control, organization, motivation)
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems, social media platforms, and job boards
  • English – advanced
