Responsibilities
- End to end data science cycle: designing, training, implementing, evaluating and monitoring machine learning models
- Customer Churn Model, Forecasting, Segmentation, Classification and Regression
- Collaborate with product managers and customers to understand business needs and build solutions together
- Effectively identify and apply analytics, causal inference, experimentation, and machine learning techniques for given business problems
- Present your research and insights to all levels of the company (English is a must)
Requirements
- +3 years professional experience in Machine Learning
- M.Sc. / PhD in Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Physics or equivalent
- Start-up industry experience – must
- Experience in Insurance or Fintech
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Numpy and Pandas
- Industry experience from inception to production of ML models (such as time series, clustering, regression and classification algorithms) and Tabular Data
- Strong skills in data exploration, analysis, and visualization
- Team player, positive attitude, collaborative, good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience breaking down a large problem into smaller, manageable components
- Upper-Intermediate+ English, both written and verbal
- Experience working with reporting tools such as PowerBI/Tableau will be a plus
