Newxel is a dynamic IT staff augmentation company that helps businesses scale their development capabilities globally. We are expanding our presence in Israel and are looking for a dedicated individual to lead our customer acquisition efforts and drive business growth in this key market.
We are seeking a Country Sales Manager to focus exclusively on the Israeli market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, and helping Newxel grow its presence in Israel. Acting as a strategic leader, this individual will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and ensuring the success of our services in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Israeli market
- Lead customer acquisition efforts to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including VP R&D, C-level executives, and other senior leaders across various industries
- Act as the primary representative of Newxel in Israel, establishing the company’s presence and credibility
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth
- Negotiate and close high-value deals (e.g., $1M+), ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration
- Collaborate with the internal Newxel team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent Newxel at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Israel
Requirements
- Extensive and Proven Network: Demonstrated ability to leverage a strong and verified network of senior decision-makers (e.g., VP R&D, C-level executives) across companies in diverse domains
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals of $1M+ in scope
- Understanding of Software Development: Solid foundational knowledge of software development principles, team-building strategies, and management practices in R&D environments
- Strong knowledge of the Israeli market and its business culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
