Business Development Manager (Kyiv)


  • 2-3+ of experience and proven track records in sales working with US/EU markets
  • Very good Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
  • Fluent English (German could be a plus)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Must be organized with great time management to manage multiple customer relationships
  • Business acumen, having knowledge of various areas of business
  • IT industry experience and connections would be a strong plus


  • Interaction with customers to maintain business relationships + closing deals
  • Sales volume and revenue targets to meet objectives
  • Cooperation with the sales team (leadgen, pre-sales, marketing)
  • Effectively build a short/medium/long term sales pipeline and manage the necessary levels of sales leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Sales reporting (Pipedrive CRM)
